THE MGCG METHOD

An efficient parallel solver for Poisson Equation with severe coefficient jumps

This article explains the MGCG method and shows the sufficient condition of the Multigrid Preconditioner for the CG method. The MGCG method has quite a good convergence rate on the Poisson equation with severe coefficient jumps.
